Cat-Grrl has been active in Melbourne's electronic music scene for the past few years organising shows with Australian breakcore producer Xian. In 2006 Cat-Grrl started producing her own brand of ‘anti-dance’ tracks. Her tongue-in-cheek play on feminism, sexuality and gender uses samples from film, TV and radio alongside heavy beats and searing bass lines.
