Chants of Maledicta were a Brazilian electro-goth duo from Salvador (BA) who formed in 1995 and ceased activity in 2000. After releasing one demo-tape, Elaine Cristina (vocals , keyboards, songwriting/lyrics) moved to Norway from Brazil and the band received several record deal offers.
