José Carlos Peláez Lazo (Charlie Atom) is a DJ, multi-instrumentalist musician and fusion EDM producer. He was born 21 july 1988 in Veracruz, Mexico. He started as a DJ when he was 20 years old. Influenced by his friend Roberto Hernandez (DJ Robert) founded Dreamstream Productions (witch is currently working now days).
