The band was founded in Moscow, Russia in 2002 by bassist and lead singer Mikhail Karpov and guitarist Sergey Moiseev and played straight drummachine goth-rock. The next year Sergey quited and Ivan Raev took his place. After a while keyboardist Yuriy Ilyin joined the project and so "Children..." played a few gigs. The new songs were influenced by The Mission UK, The Cure, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Queen and many more.
