Kristen (Chris) Lyngedal (born ca. 1938, died September 16, 1990) was a Norwegian singer and artist from Kjøllefjord in Finnmark with the blues as his genre. Lyngedal was known for a raw and genuine blues phrases with great empathy. In addition to extensive national touring, he appeared also in Sweden and the United States. He died of cancer just 52 years old. Lyngedal previously was a member of the band "Chris At The Moment" (Moment 82) with two releases behind them, Blue Moments (1993) and More Blue Moments (1995).
