City By Design was formed in the summer of 2009 by Guitarist Chaz Forquer, Jeremy Forquer on drums, guitarist Matt Kincannon, and vocalist Kale McCoy. They soon obtained bassist Jack Rohlfing and proceeded to write a four song sampler which is now available for free directly from the band for download.
