Claiborne formed in the summer of 2007 in Tampa, FL by Scott Black, Danny Ortiz, and Brian McKay . They recorded a 3 song demo in Jan '08 with Rachel Petit on vocals and Mason Chimato on bass. Rachel and Mason both left shortly after and Claiborne went on hiatus until replacement members could be found.
