Colchester Salad was one of many pseudonyms used by Graham Pierrepoint (b. 7.5.87, Herts, UK) and was an experimental sampling project that started out as early as 2004 as 'a bit of pissing about on Dance eJay 2'. The Salad was mainly known for 'Ooh, Pat!', a dance mix featuring samples from a YouTube meme featuring children's TV favourite Postman Pat.
