Formed in 1987 or 1988, Crimson Ivy played the San Francisco Bay Area extensively and produced Spiritual Vision (LP) and Existence/Here We Are (EP) through 1989. In 1993, the band produced the Bloodlife (LP), which expanded a bit further on the groups' electronic industrial sound, while still retaining their gothic roots until later in their career.
