Damozel is the name of a R&B quartet from Los Angeles, California comprising Lisa, Tasha, Tamisha and Brandy. The group's name was taken from the French name 'Damoiselle' which means 'Young lady'. In their early teens they scored a hit with their debut single 'You don't know me like that' in 2000 taken from their debut MCA Records album.
