Overview Dan Kempster is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (primarily a drummer) from Tring, UK. His love affair with playing and writing music began in 2007, when along with friends Joe Watson and James Ashwell he founded the self-styled 'regressive rock' band Self Diagnosis, serving as their drummer, primary lyricist and occasional vocalist. The band released one album, 2007's Remnants, before disbanding in late 2008 due to other commitments.
