Daniel Victor is the brains behind the collaborative effort of Neverending White Lights. He was born on September 20, 1979 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. His mother is from Argentina, and his father is from Italy. In his work on Neverending White Lights Act 1 and 2, Victor wrote nearly all the music, produced, performed, and mixed all the instrumentation himself.
