Dave Otto is a radio personality whose career has spanned the 1970s to the present. In the late '70s he worked mornings at Phoenix station KOPA 100 FM. In March 1980 he moved to mornings on 104 FM KZZP, also in Phoenix. By late 1980 he had moved to a station in Houston, Texas. In December 1981 he returned to KZZP doing mid-mornings on the weekend.
