Davey Arthur (born in Donegal) is a Irish folk singer best known for his work with Irish folk band The Fureys. After moving to Scotland at the age of two and starting to play music at the age of eight, at 18 he returned to Ireland where he started to compose his own music. He became world famous after he joined The Fureys, when they had their most successful hits.
