Dennis O'Neill CBE (born 25 February 1948 in Pontarddulais, Wales) is a Welsh operatic tenor and recording artist. Born of Welsh and Irish parents, he studied privately with Professor Frederic Cox (Principal of the Royal Northern College of Music) in Manchester and then in London.
