Desert Motel is an indie-rock band based in Rome (Italy) influenced by the american songwriting, noise alternative, new acoustic movement's indie-folk, pop, lo-fi and grunge music. The band's original lineup was Cristiano Pizzuti on voice, guitar and piano and Fabrizio Lo Cicero on drums; Massimo Gresia joined the band on the bass to record "Out for the Weekend", a 7 tracks EP released on june 13, 2007.
