Hailing from Malahide in County Dublin, Director are Michael Moloney (Vocals/Guitar), Eoin Aherne (Guitar), Shea Lawlor (Drums) and Rowan Averill (Bass). Taking their musical cues from their early encounters with the classic songwriting of The Beatles, Steely Dan and Randy Newman, Director cite Beck, Grandaddy, Muse and The Strokes, as some of their modern day influences.
