DJ Misfit, real name Shawn DeVries, is a drum n bass DJ and producer originally from Chicago now based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Influenced by Chicago's house and industrial music scenes in the 1980's, and the growing US rave scene in the 1990's, Misfit went on to bring his melodic, jazzy drum n bass sound to rave and club events throughout the midwest.
