Donnie Dureau (of Melbourne's Blueline Medic) has made sporadic solo outings, under various monikers, since his days in legendary Australian punk outfit Caustic Soda. Most recently, he has teamed up with Jamie Hay (Conation/Fear Like Us/A Death in the Family) and Darren Gibson (Leadsketch Union) under the name of Tyre Swans. In late 2008, the trio released a self-titled album including of a handful of collaborative tracks alongside solo/acoustic songs from each member.
