Dreaming Cooper is an ambient / chill progressive music project formed by Victor Khlyustov. Growing up surrounded by music, Victor tries himself in different styles. In 2006 he preferred directions of electronic music Psy Trance and Ambient. Thus were born the projects Insum and Dreaming Cooper.
