Dris' real name is Don Christopher Borres and was born in Jamaica, NY. He began writing music at the age of 10 and quickly grew at his skill. Writing during his free time gave him all the practice he needed. By the age of 13 he began recording amateur music out of his home and branching out to the people around him to receive criticism in his craft.
