Duresse was a Boston based band consisting of former Wheat member Ricky Brennan Jr. (vocals, guitars, keyboards), and life-long friends Brad Archer (bass, guitars, vocals) and Derek Dutra (drums, vocals). Duresse self-released a 7-song EP in 2005 entitled 'Elate'. Duresse had begun around 2000 while Ricky was still with Wheat, originally as an acoustic-based duo with Dutra, as a vehicle for Brennan's solo material.
