Dzintars Čīča (born 28 January 1993 Sabile, Latvia) is a Romani singer who represented Latvia at the first Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2003 with the song "Tu Esi Vasarā" (You Are In Summertime) composed by himself.
