E'm～grief～ is a visual kei band signed to Under Code Production, formed in May 2008. While not the most prolific band to join UCP, having only released a total of 14 songs, their music danced amongst a mix of industrial, gothic metal, and symphonic metal. Kisaki, former bassist of Phantasmagoria and owner of their record label, acted as their support bassist for their first single, "Eternal Melody."
