ELECTRA-KILL, the Cyber Chaotic band formed in the Underground of Paris, France in 1998 by KILL X (Guitarist/Songwriter) and American Vocalist/Songwriter R.S. SAIDSO (The Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13), when their worlds collided at a Paris rehearsal studio.
