Electrate is an improvisation and experimental rock band formed in 2011 in Rīga, Latvia. They offers a soul flight where post-rock atmosphere is complemented by breakbeat and funk, and all this is added simultaneously with the desire to strive for something new and unheard of, and adherence to the jazz tradition.
