Ellissay is a German singer/songwriter living in Scotland’s capital Edinburgh. Born in 1981, she started her musical training aged eleven when she was taught how to play the mandolin. She later added the acoustic guitar and various percussion instruments, as well as the Irish tin-whistle and started her first songwriting attempts.
