Emily's Sassy Lime was a riot grrrl band from Southern California. The line-up featured Emily Ryan and sisters Wendy and Amy Yao, all of whom were still in high school when the band formed in 1994. The girls formed the group after attending a Bikini Kill/ Bratmobile show one night and befriending Bratmobile drummer Molly Neuman, who encouraged them to start making music.
