Emily Saliers is 1/2 of the folk-rock duo Indigo Girls (along with Amy Ray). She has recorded with many other artists such as Vonda Shepard, Caroline Aiken, Sister Hazel, Sarah Bettens, Lisa Loeb, and Michelle Malone. Emily was born on July 22, 1963 in New Haven, Connecticut.
