Juan Cristóbal Saavedra aka "equipo" was born in Santiago de Chile in 1974. While growing up, he studied guitar, arranged his first songs and made his first experiences recording in sound studios. In 1993 he went on to study sound technology and electric guitar, singing, keyboards and electronic music at university.
