Eric Jordan's career as a DJ first began in 1997, at the peak of Rave culture in America. Formerly known as DJ Sunrise, Jordan developed a small local following, becoming known for his early morning sets at events in Southern California. Eventually, Jordan released three mixtapes which quickly spread through the underground; "In Through the E-Tunnel", "SpeakerWall Science" and a rare ambient mix entitled "The Ride Home".
