Erin Lang is a Canadian singer-songwriter. She was born in Montreal, Canada on May 11, 1979 into a creative, musical family. Her father, Steve Lang was the bassist with 1970's Canadian rock band April Wine. Her mother, Dale Lang, was a puppeteer and make up artist. Her younger brother, Robin Lang, is a film maker.
