Esiotrot, formed in late 2003/early 2004, is a seven-piece band from Brighton, UK. They have officially released one LP (Schmesiotrot) and two EPs (Esio Trot, Esiotrotsky). Although the band's line-up is always expanding, their sound is increasingly intimate, erudite and charming. They have drawn comparisons to Pavement, The Velvet Underground, Hefner, and numerous other staples of indie rock.
