Eskimo Spy (aka Ryan Terrell) is an electronic producer and DJ from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He grew up in rural Iowa, and started out playing folk and blues on the guitar. He made the logical step to electronica when he first heard "The Richard D. James Album" by Aphex Twin. Always keen to reinvent himself, Eskimo Spy has demonstrated a wide range of styles from drum and bass, to acid jazz, to lo-fi and dub influenced breakbeats.
