1) Etcetera started out as a high school band in Aarhaus Denmark, in 1986. It was a group of friends who, inspired by a Jethro Tull concert, decided to start a prog band. Guitar player Frank Carvalho, and Drummer Johnny McCoy were not only founders, but would also prove to be the only consistent members of the band. Over the years, there were various incarnations.
