Melodic Black Metal band Evangeli was formed in 1997 under the name Magog, this Sweden (Borlänge) based Viking/Folk/Black Metal band, not to be confused with their German counterparts, issued the demos 'Magog' in 2000, 'Kingdom Of Odin' in 2001 and 'Hymns To The Ancient' during 2002.
