Ewa Podleś (last name pronounced PODE-lesh) (born 26 April 1952) is a Polish contralto who is a prominent opera singer, perhaps best known for her Handel and Rossini roles. She has a wide vocal range (up to soprano high C) and great vocal agility. Podlés was born in Warsaw.
