The Fates project was started by American composer Django Voris, Swiss electronic artist moritz wettstein, and British-born producer PJ Norman (iamprimate, tKatKa). The three met in New York City in early 2009 where their shared passion for electronic experimentation led to a series of recording sessions at Harvestworks, the foundation co-founded by Bob Moog to support experimental music.
