Feliksas Bajoras (b.1934) began his musical education under Vincas Bacevičius in Kaunas. He studied violin with Alexander Livont (diploma in 1957) and composition with Julius Juzeliūnas (diploma in 1963) at the Vilnius Conservatoire (present Academy of Music). In 1966 he was appointed a music director of the Youth Theatre in Vilnius, since 1966 he has received about 40 commissions for theatre and cinema, the composer has got many awards for his music for theatre.
