"Fend became a band fall 2003, only then under the amusing name "BananTurbo". This name was abandoned along the way when we found that some people weren't taking us seriously, and started comparing us with "Banana Airlines" and the Norwegian band "Turboneger". Fend is really four guys in their late teens who have been playing together for several years, and have lately begun to take their hobby more seriously.
