Fereidoon Foroughi (Persian: فریدون فروغی) (January 29, 1951 - October 5, 2001) was an Iranian singer and songwriter. Fereidoon was born in Tehran, Iran. He was the fourth and last child of his family. He contributed greatly to Iranian music and arts and his unique voice and style soon caught on with the people.
