Floortje Smit (born 16 July,1983) is a singer from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Smit's career started in the third season of the Dutch version of Idol. She finished second, losing to Raffaëla Paton. Despite losing the competition, she went on to start a music career; her first single, "Wake Up," was performed live for the first time in the municipality of Wijchen.
