Fluter aka Decado, real name is Ilya Stepanischev was born on the 1th of May in 1984 in Vitebsk (Belarus). At the age of 5 he got fond of music and this was the beginning of his further musical career. Later on he acquired such professions as an artist of an orchestra (flute), conductor of orchestra, teacher.
