For The Quail is a band from Dunedin, New Zealand, whose members have a long and confused pedigree. With previous and current connections with Dunedin artists Corrosive 8, Señor Kill Machine, Yumbo, Sunley, Hot Justice, Goblin, Missile Moon, Chihuahua, The Dry and The Local Hoons, it's no wonder there is some internal tension over stylistic output.
