Fractal Jack are an energetic metal outfit hailing from the Central Scotland area. A five piece with a solid rhythm section and powerful guitar driven sound, they count many bands as influences but cannot be easily pigeon-holed with any particular style. Metal Hammer came close in 2000, describing the band as "flesh-ripping Deftones meets Slayer", but with each subsequent recording a neat description of Fractal Jack falls further from reach.
