Frank Starks (born JULY,07 1982 in Fort Myers, Florida) is a southern style rap artist. He is best known as a ghetto poet who delivers his lyrics from deep with-in his soul. Frank began developing his sharp tongue and penetrating voice at the age 14 years old when he fell into rap.
