FP was a self-dubbed Slut Punk band hailing from Southwest Michigan. Dusty Mensinger on vocals, Brok Leshman on guitar, Josh Boardman on bass/keys, and Nick Nitz on skins. Their sound was a chaotic yet controlled form of stripped down punk rock that somehow worked itself out beautifully. With a minimalist approach to original songwriting, Franking Privileges stuck around the Midwest scene for several years before calling it quits shortly after their East Coast tour.
