Dutch rock group from Diepenheim in the Netherlands with singer/frontman André Manuel The group was formed in 1986 and consisted of André Manuel, Frits Rietman and Tonnie Elferink. In 1988 Elferink was being replaced by Adri Karsenberg. Fratsen got local fame because of it's waywardbound and critical pop and rock songs.
