Official Site FULL EFFECT' are a Visual Kei band from Tokyo, Japan. The band's concept is N'O-ONE-EVER-ROCK'N, which the band interprets as sending good melodies(vibes) through their music. Forming under the name of "FULL EFFECT.", sometime in 2009, the band started official activities Feburary 11, 2010 at Meguro Rock May Kan. "FULL EFFECT." came to an end on October 28, 2010, with the withdrawal of members.
