Formed back in 1997, GASR began as a response to the stagnancy that plagued industrial music as a genre. With similar musical backgrounds and tastes, Luis Brito and Gary Suarez wanted to write music that could push EBM to new creative levels and still be something they would ultimately want to listen to themselves.
